Alcohol Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol.
- ID Requirement: A valid, government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery.
- Challenge 25 Policy: Our couriers operate a strict “Challenge 25” policy.
- Verification: Anyone appearing under 25 will be asked to prove they are 18 or older.
- Adult Signature: A physical adult signature may be required to complete the delivery.
- No Underage Delivery: Orders cannot be left with or handed to anyone under 18.
- No Safe Place: Alcohol cannot be left unattended or in a designated “safe place”.
- Refusal of Delivery: Couriers will refuse delivery if valid ID is not provided.
- Intoxication Refusal: Delivery will be refused if the recipient appears intoxicated.
- Cancellation Charges: Failed deliveries due to age verification failure may incur a restocking fee.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns may be accepted for damaged or incorrect products after delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and with all original packaging.
- Notification Period: You must notify us of your intent to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving your items.
- Return Period: Once you have notified us you must physically return the items to us within 14 days.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us
To request a return or refund, customers must contact our support team with proof of purchase and relevant details. Refund policies may vary depending on the product and situation.
- Immediate Inspection: Because lour whisky is a premium, high-value product, you must inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
- Refusal of Delivery: Do not accept the delivery if you notice any fluid leakage, an opened box, a broken security seal, or any obvious signs of damage.
- Courier Notification: Inform the courier immediately to reject the package so they can return it to our warehouse.
- Contact Us: Please report the refused delivery to our customer service team within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Acceptance Terms: Once an item is signed for and accepted, we cannot accept returns for structural transit damage or open bottles due to health, safety, and licensing laws.
- Customer Responsibility: You are legally responsible for the items until they safely arrive back at our warehouse.
- Approved Couriers Only: All returns must be sent using an approved, tracked courier service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked, DPD, or DHL).
- Tracking Mandatory: You must provide us with the tracking number as soon as the item is dispatched.
- Secure Packaging: Whisky bottles are fragile. You must pack the item securely in its original transit packaging or an equivalent protective bottle box to prevent breakage or leakage.
- Damaged Returns: If a returned item arrives at our warehouse damaged, broken, or leaking, no refund will be issued.
- Claiming Compensation: In the event of a damaged return, the customer must claim compensation directly from their chosen courier using the tracking and shipping insurance they purchased. Please insure your return shipping
